Natalie Foodey
A week in politics is a long time” and this was truly the case for our team last week. Due to personal reasons Zoe Macartney (she will continue to work for and support Team Ring) had to withdraw her nomination and Michael Koleda has taken on the challenge of standing for Council and the rest of the team have agreed to move up the list. So I would like to now introduce Natalie Foodey as our number 3 candidate.;
Natalie is a young mother and businesswoman from Lidsdale. She has had a long career in the hospitality industry and is the proud owner of Natalie’s Daily Grind. A mobile coffee van servicing the Lidsdale and Wolgan Valley as well as being able to attend special events.
As a businesswoman Natalie is committed to reviewing fees and charges applied by Council to small businesses and ensuring that they are relevant and fair. All fees and charges need to be reviewed and that any charges applied purely for revenue raising are reviewed and deleted.
In addition to operating Natalie’s Daily Grind, Natalie also works as a waitress at Kar Wah Inn at Club Lithgow.
Like many of us Natalie, has experienced firsthand the many disasters, such as the 2019 bushfires that have impacted our community and loves the community spirit that brings us all together during these difficult periods.
As a young mother operating her own business and working a second job, Natalie will bring a unique perspective to Council debates if elected.
